This privacy policy explains how our organization uses the personal data that we collect from you when you use our website or backend services via various access methods including API access.

What data do we collect?
SvLogBook.com collects the following data:

• Personal data that is provided upon registration only.  This is only: 
• First and Last Name
• Email Address

How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Procedural with all of the data we collect.  We collect data and process data when you:

• Register on our site or a derivative site that makes use of our backend services and API via a license agreement
• Accept an invite request to associate with a Company or Project profile on our website or any website that makes use of our backend services and API

Procedural does not receive or collect personal data indirectly through any means.

How will we use your data?
Procedural collects your data so that we can:

• Send automated emails and notifications to you related to events or actions required on the Company or Projects of which you have accepted an invite to be a part of;
• Occasionally notify you of any system events, outages or other cases that may disrupt the service

Procedural presently does not share your data with any partner companies for any purpose.  In the future if data is shared internally with partner companies we would request your permission beforehand.

How do we store your data?
Procedural securely stores your data within a database that resides on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure within the geographic region where you registered to use our backend services. 
Procedural maintains data in your geographic region in order to comply with data-sovereignty requirements.
Procedural will keep your data unless you specifically request to have that data removed from our system.

Marketing
Procedural does not currently send marketing information about products and services.
If you receive any email related to marketing or non-critical notifications associated with the services to which you subscribe, you may opt out at any point via a link on the email/notification or by contacting us. 

What are your data protection rights?
Procedural would like to make sure that you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights.  Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access:  You have the right to request Procedural for copies of your personal data.  We may charge you a small fee for this service.
• The right to rectification:  You have the right to request that Procedural correct any information you believe is inaccurate.  You also have the right to request Procedural to complete information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure: You have the right to request that Procedural erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that Procedural restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to object ot processing: You have the right to object to Procedural processing of your personal data, under certain conditions
• The right to data portability: You have the right to request that Procedural transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
